Las Rozas Village – and its sister Village, La Roca Village – offer the only up-market luxury outlet options in Spain. Las Rozas Village, opening its doors for the first time in May 2000, was the second of the Villages to launch in Spain.

The architecture of Las Rozas Village is designed to evoke a collage of international architectural styles, with more than 100 boutiques lining open pedestrianised malls.

The area of Las Rozas, together with neighbouring Pozuelo, Majadahonda and Aravaca create a region with amongst the highest per capita incomes in Spain.

The Village is accessible to all parts of the region, being near the M50 and Madrid’s most important motorway artery, the A6.

The brand mix at Las Rozas Village (and its sister Village near Barcelona, La Roca Village) is unique in Spain: 70% of brands present in either Village are exclusive to Value Retail in Spain, such as Armani, Bulgari, Ermenegildo Zegna, TAG Heuer, and Versace and many more.

Access

Las Rozas Village is located near the M50 motorway and the city’s most important motorway artery, the A6.

Las Rozas Village’s Shopping Express® coach operates between central Madrid and the Village. Regular coaches operate from Madrid’s central Moncloa station and daily trains run from central Madrid to the local station Pinar de Las Rozas, with Madrid’s Barajas airport a taxi ride away.
