Living between London and Dublin, I see a merger of styles. Dublin women tend to be more dressy than their London counterparts. Never have I been to a city where heels are so the norm. 'Dubs' tend to put aside the hazards of the charming but unstable cobblestone Georgian streets and wear the highest of shoes. They like to look groomed and put together.
