Cassio Reis in Milan
Celebrity Brazilian presenter and model Cassio Reis was filming at Fidenza Village for his up-and-coming travel show on Tam Nas Nuevens. Cassio spoke to Chic Outlet Shopping® of his passion for Italian brands and fashion.
As we are at Fidenza Village near Milan, can you tell me who are some of your favorite Italian designers are?
A bunch of them, I love Dolce and Gabbana, I’ve worked with them Dolce and Gabbana and Armani and I love Prada.
How about some Brazilian designers, tell me about your favorite Brazilian Designers?
My favorite one is Osklain by Oscar Metova he has a lot of stores worldwide and on the top of that he can, he sells the Brazilian lifestyle, the Brazilian way of life, which means that he’s clothes are cool and comfortable and nice colours and you know, I love it
Talking about Brazilian style do you think there is a big difference between the way Brazilian men dress and the way that European men dress?
Oh for sure, first because of the weather, I mean I live in Rio and in Rio like when I’m not working, im wearing shorts and like you know comfortable T-Shirts, and in São Paulo, when I work in São Paulo, I, you know, I dress like, I wear like a shirt and you know show more social. I really like the European way to dress, I’m a fan of the European style actually and especially the Italian style.
And what are some of your favorite cities and regions in Europe?
In Europe, I love London, I would like in London, I lived in New York for 5 year but I would live in London easily, I like Milan, I have came to Milan in like 12 times already in my life and it is somewhere I feel very comfortable and feel very at home you know.
And you have enjoyed being here at Fidenza village today, what have you liked most about the village?
Oh it’s so nice the atmosphere is so nice, the restaurants are great, the foods amazing and the brands all the brands and I just love, I love every single store I walk in
And what have been your favorite boutiques that you have seen here today?
I shop a lot, impulsively actually, villa porqua, I got some shorts for me and my son so he can you know match, I spend a lot of money here today. Trust me.
As a famous model, can you tell me about some of your favorite campaigns that you have work on?
Well, I did D&G here like a long time ago, as I was based in New York I use to do more stuff in America in like Tommy Hilfiger and did Banana Republic and I use to do a lot of shows, I came 7 times to Milan to do like fashion shows and did Dolce and Gabbana, Armani, Calvin Klein, Moschino and I don’t remember its so long I’m too old.
What does chic mean to you?
What does chic mean to me, it means being comfortable with yourself, be happy all the time even when you know things don’t go as you wish and I think a simple smile is very chic.
